In 2014, recognizing the company's success, it was decided to sell the business.
The year 2015 marked a significant shift as Thiago transitioned into the realm of real estate, joining Douglas Elliman as part of the Hoffman Team. His talents quickly shone as the team consecutively claimed the number 1 spot for transaction volume, earning accolades from the Wall Street Journal. Their journey continued as they merged into Compass Real Estate during its startup phase, where Thiago actively contributed to the development of early systems. His responsibilities included managing an elite clientele of investors and playing a pivotal role in recruiting and training agents to ensure the highest client conversion tactics.
Amidst the challenges posed by the global pandemic, Thiago took a bold step, relocating to South Florida. Here, he was swiftly recruited into the ranks of Zillow Group, where he excelled in the backend and technology aspects of the real estate industry where he was part of the acquisitions team for the Florida Territory. His inaugural quarter at Zillow was nothing short of remarkable, as he exceeded his quota by an astounding 214% of his required performance. However, as the acquisition department at Zillow underwent a major restructuring, Thiago found himself in a transitional phase.
The story doesn't end there. Thiago's journey continued as he was promptly recruited as Head of Sales for an eXp firm in South Florida. His impact was transformative as he recruited 26 agents in just four months, catapulting the team to "Best of Zillow" status for the third and fourth quarters of 2022. His multifaceted role included recruitment, training, coaching of agents, and the strategic development of systems for ultimate lead generation.
In February 2023, Thiago made a significant decision. He founded Zilloop, focusing on helping brokers and agents attain the proper training, grasp the intricacies of systems, master lead generation techniques, and excel in coaching methods to elevate their businesses by tenfold. His influence has been felt far and wide as he's assisted numerous teams in achieving their goals and more.
